Goods must be returned within 7 days UNUSED from the dare of delivery. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they will be returned at your own cost and risk. Any goods USED even once by removing the original manufacturer packing CANNOT be accepted. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Discounted Items purchases i.e. items on SALE are not eligible for returns or refund or exchange unless we shipped incorrect product to you. Prior to sending us a return, you must send a return request at [email protected] Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and shipped. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to your refund. Items which have been customized, including bat oiling, knocking in and/or applying face sheets cannot be cancelled once the customized work has been carried out.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
There will be a minimum of 10% restocking fee on all bowling machines that have been opened/turned on and returned within the 7 day return period.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
