Kookaburra English willow bats — 42 models across the Glare, Ghost, Nickel, Rapid, Prism and Diablo ranges, from $149 (Glare 6.5 Force) to $429 for the Glare Pro 2.1 Elite. Above the standard range sit five player replica bats at $995 — Marnus Labuschagne, Jos Buttler, Nat Sciver-Brunt, Alex Carey and Jake Fraser-McGurk — built to the profiles those players use, with the category reaching $1,199 at the very top. Kookaburra’s short-blade, big-edge shapes are the T20 end of bat design; the Glare numbered grades make the step-up in willow quality easy to follow.
