The V Hanging Ball is a simple training aid with a serious purpose: teaching young players sound batting technique. Weighing 156 g, it hangs from any branch or rafter, giving juniors a ball that returns to the same place swing after swing, so they can groove their shots and build hand-eye coordination and concentration at the same time. There is no bowler to wait for and no balls to chase — just hang it up and practice with your own cricket bat, at home or at the club. A favourite with coaches of young beginners.
