Your bat receives machine knocking (10K) followed by careful hand knocking, with the edges rounded and the blade oiled, so the willow is compressed and ready to face a hard ball. Toe binding is fitted, and both a scuff sheet and an edge scuff sheet are applied to protect the face and edges. Send your bat in unprepared and it comes back match-ready.

Warranty
We stand behind what we sell. English Willow bats carry a 3-month warranty and all other equipment a 14-day warranty, covering manufacturing defects and fair wear under normal use. If something fails, we'll repair or replace it — just keep your proof of purchase.
