The Kookaburra 1000 Chest Guard protects your ribs and chest with Grade 2 impact protection in a sculptured HDF shell shaped to sit close to the body. The absorbent towel back keeps it comfortable against your shirt through a long innings against quick bowling. It is an adult guard, available in green or white. A chest guard is the quiet insurance many batsmen only appreciate after the first nasty short ball — the 1000 gives you that protection at a sensible level.
