Not the right fit? You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund — just contact us first at 630-888-9765 or [email protected] and we'll guide you through it. A flat $12 return fee covers your return label, so there's no weighing or post-office math.

Warranty

We stand behind what we sell. English Willow bats carry a 3-month warranty and all other equipment a 14-day warranty, covering manufacturing defects and fair wear under normal use. If something fails, we'll repair or replace it — just keep your proof of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within 1–2 business days, worldwide, with tracking emailed to you as soon as your order leaves us. You can also follow it anytime under "My Order." Shipping is free on US orders over $199.
