The Gray Nicolls Snicko is a specialist training bat that helps wicketkeepers practise their catches behind the stumps more effectively. Crafted from English willow with robust rubberised nick tabs, it produces an audible nick noise on less-than-perfect contact, simulating match conditions so keepers can sharpen their reactions to the faintest of edges. If glovework against the moving ball is part of your training week, the Snicko turns ordinary throwdowns into realistic keeping drills.
