Returns are accepted only for unused items in original condition. A flat $12 return fee applies to all items except kit bags; due to dimensional weight, return shipping costs for kit bags may vary. For bowling machines and the complete return policy, please refer to the Return policy.
Warranty
At Best Cricket Store, we stand behind the quality of our products with a 3-month warranty on eligible English Willow cricket bats and a 14-day limited warranty on cricket equipment, covering manufacturing defects and fair wear under normal use. For more details, please visit our Warranty page.
